- Yes! We only ask that you notify us 16 days prior to the next billing cycle. Please notify us at info@lashprophl.com

- Yes! There will be a $100 fee when you sign up.

- Canceling your membership will be free, to re-activate there will be a $100 fee to re sign up.

- Of course! You will need to notify us via email or in person and your upcoming membership cycle will be upgraded accordingly. Please note, any refill not covered under your active membership will be additional charge.

- Yes! Upgrading your membership to another tier will cost $60 per tier increase plus the difference in membership pricing that will be effective on your upcoming cycle.

- Yes, it will be consider an additional refill price.

- Please be courteous enough to let us know if you are running late or need to reschedule within 48 hours prior to appointment.

- We appreciate 48 hours notice for cancellation or you will be automatically charged a $50 cancellation fee.

- ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE

- Like any other appointments please book in advance, a $20 deposits will be required before booking.

- We're sorry we cannot offer refunds on any memberships or service.
